No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from FORMENTON inc.
We will agree to take back the goods only if it is defective or if it is an error on our part.
For any break, please take a picture of the item and its shipping box and send it to us by email: info@formenton.com
No return will be possible if the product has been used or if the original packaging is missing and this, without exception.
